What is a MegaRugs.com.au Account?

There are several benefits for owning a unique MegaRugs.com.au Account. 
Your Account not only identifies you as a valued customer, but also allows us to personalize your shopping experience.
Additionally we'll find it easier to help you out should you have any questions about your order and you'll be able to keep up to date with the latest ranges and offers we hold from time to time. 

How do I place an order online?

As you browse our site, you can add the items you like to your shopping cart. When you are ready, click on your shopping cart icon and follow the instructions to complete your order. Please make sure your billing address matches that of the cardholder.
If you're having any trouble at all, just contact us. We’re ready to help you.

Upon completing your purchase transaction, an email confirmation of your order will be sent. You will be assigned an order ID# that should be used whenever referencing your order with us. Important order updates will also be sent to the address provided.

Will my credit card and contact information be secure?

MegaRugs.com.au utilizes advanced encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of our customer's credit card information. Every page of the checkout process is protected by a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which protects outside sources trying to access it.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

All products sold through MegaRugs.com.au within Australia include a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). All international sales are GST exempt.

How do I modify or cancel an order?

Once the order has been confirmed, you must contact our Customer Service Department to modify or cancel it. Please email admin@megarugs.com.au 
Unfortunately, once an item has been shipped it cannot be modified or cancelled.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The majority of orders within Australia are delivered within 2-5 days.

How long will it take for a backordered item to arrive?

Backordered items are those that our suppliers currently do not have in stock. Although there is nothing we can do to change the backordered status of an item, we will do our best to inform you of an anticipated shipping date.

How will my order be delivered?

Your items will be shipped from our warehouse by the most reliable couriers within Australia we can find - directly to your door. 

Can you ship international orders?

Unfortunately, at this time we don't offer international shipping.

Do you have a showroom that I can visit?

Sorry! At this time, MegaRugs.com.au is strictly an online experience.
